Upon contacting the company before a major holiday, the owner, Craig, was super responsive and was able to provide me a consultation in a timely manner. He was extremely friendly and diligent in his communication on when he was going to be there, provided all the details about the roofing process (there was a folder with everything in there about the roofing materials and his company license and insurance). Craig took the time to explain things in depth and answered all my questions. The estimate provided for my roof was very reasonable, and he also provided a timeline for when the anticipated work would start and how long it would take. His crew showed up on time, worked late on the first day till like 7pm to get as much work done before a possible rainstorm the next day. I am so thankful for them putting in the extra efforts. The crew cleaned up everything and left no trace of debris around my house or my neighbors’. When I inquired about other home improvement and repairs, Craig provided me his honest recommendations and even referred me to other contractors that he worked with and respected. I appreciate his expertise and the level of professionalism that he provides. I’m extremely happy with the job they have done on my roof and plan on having all my future home improvements and repairs done by this local small business! My other neighbor was impressed by them and are getting their improvements done too!
